Meet (Well, You Probably Already Know Him) Elon Musk — The Interstellar Trailblazer of the AI Arms Race

Walter Isaacson’s biography “Elon Musk” was published on September 12 giving the most accurate information surrounding the birth of the richest man alive (as of October 1st, 2023). The CEO of SpaceX, Tesla, and of course X (formally known as Twitter). Co-founder of Neuralink and OpenAI. Musk, a very Uranian character is known for his bold predictions about the future of AI and his warnings about the potential dangers of advanced machines. Born on June 28, 1971, approximately at 07:30 AM, Thus, making him a Double Cancer, (Sun and Rising) with a Virgo Moon. Naturally, the finger twitches started and my astrological diarrhea ensued. So, if you would be ever so kind as to rub my back as I share my first thoughts and my reaction to Elon Musk’s natal chart; I would love you forever. (Like to the moon and back)

Here is the legendary natal chart of Elon Musk,

Off the bat, we can see a few notable things. First, he is overwhelmingly a lunar individual with his main planet, the ruler of the chart, being the Moon. Secondly, his sun is conjunct the fixed star Sirius. Which is said to be of the nature of Jupiter and Mars. Next, the majority of his energy is Air, weighing in at 36.8% of his chart.

Mars is the planet that represents war, sexuality, passion, drive, and for men, the kind of camaraderie you have with other men and most importantly, the type of man you are in general. It’s the man you need to be, (or turn on if it’s different from your sun sign), to accomplish the means of your Sun sign. As I talked about recently, Mars is essentially a “step-down” or incarnation if you will of your Sun sign for reasons only your soul knows. Elon’s Mars is in the futuristic sign of Aquarius.

Now let’s pause for a second and really lay out some interesting details almost no astrologer may point out here. Mars is considered to be in a state called “fallen” (prone to behaving like a complete asshole) in the air sign of Libra. Alright Cool. Mars is exalted (being recognized as the Adonis or G-O-A-T) in Capricorn, a sign ruled by Saturn. Okay nice. Aquarius is also ruled by Saturn but when Uranus was discovered, Aquarius was given Uranus as it’s has a co-ruler and/or “modern ruler.”

Question. What kind of man do you think someone with a Mars in Aquarius might be, given that you’re putting Mars in the element of air, mixing it with a planet that rules its status of Exaltation, yet with another planet that is literally the epitome of everything before, (and moment of) the “EUREKA!” — It’s a tough, chaotic, energy to master that’s for sure. In short, this is a person with radical views, often oxymoronic, and a scientific or formulaic way of exerting his will to accomplish his goals.

Then factor in that Elon’s Mars is the 8th house, and is conjunct with his North node. This suggests an individual whose ideology runs deep and is hidden from the public eye. Mars conjunct the North node can often make a person battle with their own primal or lower natures. It’s almost akin to the “with great power comes great responsibility” moniker. Planets in the 8th house can almost make the individual obsessed and possessed by this energy. This might explain why Elon is practically obsessed with getting humans (Aqaurius) to the Moon and Mars through technological means (Mars in Aqaurius in the 8th house).

We can also see in his chart his MC in Aries, ruled by Mars. This would explain his pioneering nature as a tech leader, as well as his impulsive nature such as making the rash decision to purchase Twitter for $44 billion in October 2022, which led to concerns over changes he made to the platform and a spike in antisemitic and racist tweets. Then, followed by the rash decision to change Twitter’s name to “X”, which coincidentally led to complaints from users who noted a significant increase in sexually explicit content while just scrolling through the app.

Even in his other investments (8th house) like Tesla. Every model of a car spelling out the word “SEXY” which I am slightly disturbed by but also think it’s pretty cool subliminally. An interesting manifestation of his 8th house. Mercury rules cars, yes, but Mars especially in the sign of Aquarius (ruled by Uranus, the planet of electricity) is the “futuristic car.” The company is known for pushing the boundaries of electric vehicle technology and design.

His ascendant is in 13-degree Cancer, conjunct with the fixed star Sirius, known for its relatively auspicious and positive nature, imbuing and animating the ascendant with an ethereal personality. Doing some research on this star, it’s said also to give one “A splendid and illustrious life; glorious, mighty and commanding nature; fame, busy with many activities, bountiful resources, well known or feared in cities and regions. Prosperity from youth and in own city.”

A conjunction with Sirius can be described as “Capable of commanding, valiant, energetic, active, fearless, submissive, greedy, hard and haughty, a military leader, tyrannical, and glorious.” Michael Jordan, Albert Einstein, and Robert De Niro also share this same conjunction, (I mean it’s slightly different for everyone but a conjunction all the same). The Sirius conjunction often gives individuals an enlightened nature, due to reasons that would just be too complex to get into in this read. Let’s just chalk it up to a “je ne sais quoi”, and sure, ok. Although in the same breath, I would argue this plays into his astrology in a more complex way, giving him a very “controlled-op” vibe. Maybe giving people somewhat of a halo effect upon their first interactions with him. Especially considering the ascendant is receiving harsh aspects (squares) from other points in his chart

And to top it all off his Sun also in Cancer, like we called in the beginning ruled by the moon, is located in the 3rd house of the mind. The 3rd house is one's self-talk and intellect. Should one with this combination of Mars, Sun and Moon happen to allow themselves to be overtaken by their passions and desires; it can (pretty much) spell out a person who thinks their ideas are law. Why did I include the moon? Well, it’s in Virgo, a sign that often thinks “GOD” makes mistakes and that it’s up to them to fix it. This is often because of its ruling planet, Mercury, and its proximity to the Sun which represents the divine king

The figure known as the messenger god in Greek mythology, Hermes, was responsible for delivering messages to and from between the mortal and divine worlds, and he was able to do this thanks to his winged sandals. He was also the only Olympian capable of crossing the boundary between the living and the dead and carrying the souls of the dead to Charon in Hades

With an astrological combination like this, this is someone who can practically say — or maybe “feel” since we’re speaking about the moon here — something like “Since everyone is so stupid let me help by shipping them all off the planet to Mars. Problem solved, yay.” And under the right circumstances, or depending on how intelligently and covertly it’s executed (like the crab that is never direct, instead, moves side to side); they’ll get away with it.
